Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, the must be received by us within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products are returned in their original condition.

Return Conditions

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, free from any signs of wear.
Labels & Tags: All original labels, tags, and packaging must be intact.
No Marks or Stains: Items should be free from any marks, including makeup, fake tan, or deodorant stains.
No Odors: Items must not have any odors like perfume, smoke, or washing powder.
Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging to prevent damage during return.
Shoes/boots: Must be tried on indoors.

Noel Collection

Please note that Christmas items are non-returnable. However, we do offer the option to exchange for a different item, a different size, or to receive a credit note, subject to availability. All items must be in full compliance with the return conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund & Return Fees

A refund for the total value of the returned item(s) (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method.
A £3.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund for returns processed through our returns portal.
If you received free delivery on your order and return the full order, the delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
Our returns portal is currently only available for orders shipped to a UK address.

Repackage your item(s) securely.
Drop off your parcel at one of our designated drop-off points. Please keep your proof of postage for reference.

Please allow 14 working days from the date we receive your return for processing. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

Important Notes

If an item is returned in an unsellable condition or over the 14 day period, we reserve the right to deny the refund. We offer the option to pay a £3.99 fee for us to return the goods to you within 7 days.
Coats & jackets are non-returnable, but may be exchanged for an alternate size.
Lingerie and swimwear items cannot be returned, due to hygiene reasons.
